Dr. Heather St. Peter, MD
Medical Director
Born in Oklahoma, Dr. St. Peter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University. She then received her medical degree and completed her Anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston.
Her previous anesthesiology positions include: Founder of Desert Anesthesia Consultants and a general and trauma anesthesiologist at St. Joseph’s, Banner Good Samaritan, and John C. Lincoln hospitals. Upon her opening North Scottsdale Outpatient Surgery Center in 2009, the center’s goal was set to provide a superior overall patient experience for both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patients. Dr. St. Peter’s personal focus and commitment is to ease each patient of anxiety regarding their anesthesia, prevent postoperative nausea, and offer a multi-modal approach to postoperative pain control.
Dr. Bryan Gawley
Surgeon
Dr. Gawley is one of the premiere plastic surgeons in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.
He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body, and face. Dr. Gawley combines his extensive training and state-of-the-art technology to provide his patients with personalized care and natural results.
In the current environment of multi-specialty cosmetic surgery, it can be difficult to differentiate between doctors with appropriate training to perform aesthetic
and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Gawley has completed over 13 years of advance education and training. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and completed a 5-year accredited plastic surgery residency training program at the University of Texas, Galveston. During his residency, Dr. Gawley completed the externship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
